They make high-quality DOW™ FILMTEC™ reverse osmosis and nano-filtration elements for a wide variety of industrial, municipal, commercial and home drinking water applications. Dow also produces DOWEX™ ion exchange resins, as well as a variety of speciality water separation products.

Description

DOW FILMTEC™ reverse osmosis (RO) membranes for home drinking water treatment units are some of the most reliable and consistent elements in the industry. Advanced membrane technology and automated fabrication allow Dow to precisely produce each and every element to tight, pre-defined specifications. Dow’s advanced and consistent RO element quality helps customers develop, and maintain brand recognition along with a reputation for building systems that reliably provide low impurity drinking water. DOW FILMTEC elements are shipped dry for convenient handling and long shelf-life.

Dow’s next-generation elements are a fully compatible replacement for existing DOW FILMTEC™ residential RO elements.

Description

DOW FILMTEC™ reverse osmosis (RO) membranes for home drinking water treatment units are one of the most reliable and consistent elements available in the industry. Advanced membrane technology and automated fabrication allow Dow to produce each and every element to tight, pre-defined specifications. Dow’s advanced consistent RO element quality helps customers develop, and maintain, brand recognition along with a reputation for building systems that reliably provide low impurity drinking water. DOW FILMTEC elements are shipped dry for convenient handling and long shelf-life. DOW FILMTEC TW30-1812-100 is rated at 50 psi and will purify about 20 percent more water than competitive elements rated at 60 psi.

Dow’s next-generation elements have been precisely designed and are a fully compatible replacement for existing DOW FILMTEC residential RO elements.

DOW FILMTEC BW30-4040

Description

DOW FILMTEC™ brackish water reverse osmosis membrane elements offer consistent, exceptional system performance in light industrial applications.

  • DOW FILMTEC BW30-4040 is an industry-standard for reliable operation and production of high-quality water.
  • Features the thickest feed spacer (34 mils) available in the industry today to lessen the impact of fouling.
  • May be cleaned over a wide pH range (pH 1-13) for the most effective cleaning.

Elements with a hard shell exterior are recommended for systems with multiple-element housings containing three or more membranes, as they are designed to withstand higher pressure drops.
